The new Audio-Technica ATH-TWX9 features a high-resolution 5.8mm driver that delivers extended high-frequency response and enhanced sonic detail.
With up to 6 hours of continuous playback and 18.5 hours of standby time, the ATH-TWX9 headphones offer an immersive listening experience with noise-canceling audio enabled. The charging case is compatible with Qi wireless chargers (sold separately) for easy charging. It is also equipped with a Deep UV LED sterilization system (with a special mirror treatment) that removes bacteria and viruses from the surface of the headphones.
The Audio-Technica ATH-TWX9 headphones are compatible with the AT Connect app, which provides additional controls such as desired auxiliary sounds. (e.g. Amazon Alexa Built-in or Google Assistant), to change codecs, manage connected devices, etc. Low latency mode improves synchronization between audio and video for easier streaming and gaming.
In addition to low-latency modes, these headphones monitor the environment for music and call playback, and have touch-sensitive controls that let you choose between noise cancellation and listening, so you can hear the sounds around you through the built-in microphone. Multi-point pairing allows users to switch between two devices without a connection. The Audio-Technica ATH-TWX9 headphones offer a great listening experience and are comfortable to wear all day, with hybrid hard and soft silicone ear tips for the best fit and sound performance, available in twelve different fit options.
Other features include clear call quality, two powerful MEMS (micro-electromechanical system) microphones, beamforming technology and Qualcomm® cVc™ Generation 8.0 technology. Qualcomm ® TrueWireless Mirroring is also included in the headphones, enabling independent transmission to the left and right headphones, reducing video noise and latency. Compatible with Sony's Qualcomm® Snapdragon Sound™, Qualcomm® aptX™ Adaptive Audio and 360 Reality Audio, these headphones offer an enhanced listening experience. The Audio-Technica ATH-TWX9 wireless headphones have an IPX4 equivalent rain and waterproof design to protect you from sudden downpours or while exercising.
The new Audio-Technica ATH-TWX9 is now available in black with dark bronze accents for $299.
