Six-time Grammy winner and country music favorite Kacey Musgraves looked gorgeous on the 2023 Grammys red carpet in a delicate pink Valentino jumpsuit. But as Best Products' beauty editor, her stunning makeup and flawless hair really impress me.

We chatted with hairstylist Casey Giovanni Delgado to find out how to get the glamorous look. The pair met in Nashville through a mutual friend years ago and hit it off immediately. “I love working with him. He's always got great ideas, and we play tricks on each other. There's a confidence that I really enjoy, and that makes the creativity come really naturally."

What exactly inspired the iconic look? Delgado tells us: “Casey had a beautiful softness to this Valentino jumpsuit, so it inspired me to do something clean, modern and very feminine that required a modern restraint with the hair. I was looking at female sculptures and abstract sculptures. Soft shapes, feminine and finished look. So we decided to subtly sculpt the hair to add drama to the look."

Lee shared her trusty skin and makeup products to get Musgraves ready for the music industry's biggest awards show.

Skin preparation. Before applying the beautiful skin foundation in 4N, Lea Musgraves prepped her skin with Charlotte's Magic Cream and Crystal Elixir's Magic Serum.
Set it and forget it. Lee finished off her makeup with 2 coats of Airbrush Flawless Finish Powder, which I promise will have a blurring effect on the skin.
Sculpt your features. She then softly contoured Musgrave's face by applying Sun-Fair Bronzer to her cheekbones and temples.
Choose the pink one. She then uses her fingers to apply Fresh Talk Matte Beauty Blush Stick Cushion in pink to Musgraves' cheekbones and Hollywood Glow Glide Face Architect Highlighter in champagne shimmer to her cheekbones and under her browbones.
Focus on your eyes. Lee then moved into Musgraves' eye area, starting with Brow Cheat in medium brown and using the limited-edition Instant Eye Palette in Pillow Talk, which combines matte and shimmer. Lee matched the dreamy shade along the lash line and crease and mixed it with the lighter shades in the eyeshadow palette.
Finished your eyelashes. After applying Hollywood Exagger-Eyes Liner Duo, she coated Musgraves' upper and lower lashes with Talk Push Up Lashes Mascara.
